Abha Saxena

Abha Saxena, the founder of Social Equity Advisory Services, is an accessibility & inclusion professional with about three decades of global experience across diverse leadership roles in the IT industry; including roles of Country and Business unit head, Strategic marketing, and Key Account Management expert. She has also led organizations’ CSR initiatives and promoted the inclusion of persons with disabilities in the companies she has worked at. As Vice President Programs of the NASSCOM Foundation, she successfully led the Business responsibility & Disability Initiatives of the organization, providing them with strategic direction. She also audits organization’s Disability Inclusion Programs for inclusiveness and accessibility in all the aspects of the organization.

As an accessibility & inclusion specialist, she has supported several medium, large and multinational organizations in their endeavor to become ‘Disability-Inclusive & RPWD16 Compliant’ organizations.

She is known amongst the NGO fraternity for her support towards not-for-profit organizations in their non-core areas/activities such as CSR Readiness, Fundraising, Communication, Donor and Volunteer Management, etc.

Abha is a certified CSR professional by World Bank and IFC, certified GRI 3 & 4 professional, certified Independent Director from IOD and certified Career Development & Retention of People with Disability profession by SG Enable, Singapore.

Abha has been a part of advisory boards of not-for-profit organizations. At present, she is a Member of the Board of Advisors of ‘AIFO India’ (a  Bangalore Headquartered organization working in the area of Leprosy).

She is an experienced and active Rotarian for the past 22 years. She was the club president of Rotary Bangalore Central in the year 2003-04. She has held many Rotary District level positions,  advised the Rotary District CSR committee and several Rotary Clubs on the CSR Act and its implementation. Currently, she is part of the team of Rotary International’s prestigious initiative ‘Rotary Literacy Mission’; working towards promoting literacy.
